Orders and Payment

1.Store language

This shop is primarily intended for international customers.

Product titles, descriptions, and notices are mainly provided in English.


2.Payment methods

Payment methods are those provided by BASE.

Available methods may vary depending on the buyer’s region and the checkout used.


3.Payment timing

Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed.

For PayPal payments showing Pending / eCheck, shipment will be made after the funds clear.

Shipping

4.How international orders are processed

This shop uses BASE’s “Easy International Sales” service.

For orders placed through this service, we ship only to the designated domestic warehouse in Japan.

International forwarding, overseas shipping charges, customs procedures, and part of customer support are handled by the designated intermediary and the relevant service.


5.Shipping method

We ship to the designated domestic address shown in the order information.

Shipping is handled as a domestic shipment within Japan.


6.Shipping fee

Shipping fees are based on the domestic shipping method set in this shop.

For orders placed through the international sales feature, the overseas buyer may also be charged additional forwarding fees, international shipping fees, payment processing fees, and related charges by the service provider.


7.Dispatch time

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

However, delays may occur due to made-to-order production, busy periods, weather, shipping conditions, or other circumstances.


8.Shipping deadline for international sales orders

For orders placed through the international sales feature, shipment must be completed within 10 days from the order date.

If shipment is not completed within the required period, the order may be cancelled.

Packaging and Combined Shipping

9.One order = one shipment
Please note that orders placed through the international sales feature must be shipped as one shipment per order.

If multiple items are included in one order, they will be packed together in one parcel.

Separate orders must not be combined into one shipment.

10.Gift wrapping and extra items

Gift wrapping and decorative packaging are not available for orders placed through the international sales feature.

Please also note that free samples, food, candy, tea bags, liquids, sprays, and similar items must not be enclosed.


11.Printed materials

Thank-you notes, shop cards, leaflets, and similar paper items may be enclosed where possible.

However, inclusion is not guaranteed and depends on packing and forwarding conditions.

Taxes and Duties

12.Price and tax display

We are not a qualified invoice issuer in Japan.

Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT) is not charged by our shop and cannot be refunded.

Any “tax included” or similar display shown on BASE is based on the platform’s display specifications.

13.International charges

For orders placed through the international sales feature, international shipping charges, forwarding fees, payment processing fees, and similar charges are handled by the service provider.

The final amount shown at checkout is determined by the relevant service.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

14.Customer-initiated returns

Returns or exchanges for the customer’s own reasons are generally not accepted.


15.Problems caused by our shop

If there is a problem caused by our shop, such as an incorrect item, damage, or an initial defect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.


16.Orders placed through the international sales feature

For orders placed through the international sales feature, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and related handling may differ from our usual policy and will be subject to the rules of the intermediary and the relevant service.

If an overseas buyer contacts us directly, we will guide them to the designated support channel.

Items Not Eligible for International Sales

17.Not all items can be sold internationally

Some items are automatically excluded from the international sales feature.

Examples include pre-order items, lottery items, digital content, subscription items, takeout items, items with options, customer-specific items, age-restricted items, unclear-content items, oversized or overweight items, and items that cannot be shipped within 10 days.

18.Latest conditions

Eligibility for international sales may change due to legal, customs, shipping, or service updates.

The latest rules are subject to BASE and the related service provider.
