1. Dispatch

Orders ship within 3 business days after payment is captured (weekends/holidays excluded). For PayPal payments showing Pending/eCheck, we will ship after the funds clear.

2. Carrier / Method

International orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS with tracking and insurance. For shipments to a Japanese forwarding service, choose the “Japan (Forwarder)” shipping method.

3. Postage / Combined shipping

Shipping charges vary by destination, packed weight, and any destination-specific prepaid duties or processing fees. For multiple items, please contact us before checkout for an accurate combined quote. The platform may otherwise add shipping charges for each item automatically.

4. Delivery / Liability

Transit times are estimates only. Loss or damage is covered within EMS insurance.

5. Taxes & Duties

We are a tax-exempt business under Japan’s Consumption Tax Act; Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT) is not charged or refunded. Due to the platform UI, a “tax included” label may appear, but JCT is neither added nor refundable.

Except for direct shipments to the United States, international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Import VAT/GST, customs duties, and carrier clearance/handling fees, where applicable, are paid by the recipient according to the destination country’s rules.

Direct U.S. shipments are sent duties prepaid (DDP) through Zonos. Applicable U.S. import duties and the Zonos postal clearance fee are included in the U.S. shipping charge shown at checkout and are prepaid by us before dispatch.

We cannot underdeclare values or mark commercial orders as gifts. Customs documents and invoices show the actual value and contents.

6. Forwarders (Japan addresses)

We accept shipments to Japanese forwarding/proxy services. Select “Japan (Forwarder)” at checkout and enter the forwarder name and your customer ID on Address Line 2. Responsibility transfers upon delivery to the Japanese address. Onward shipping arrangements and overseas import taxes/fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

7. Country-specific notes

・United States: Direct EMS shipping is available. Shipments are sent DDP through Zonos. Applicable U.S. import duties and the Zonos postal clearance fee are included in the U.S. shipping charge shown at checkout and prepaid before dispatch. The recipient should not be asked to pay these duties at delivery.

・Australia: Direct EMS shipping is available only when the total goods value per consignment is A$1,000 or less (goods value only; international shipping and insurance excluded). We do not collect Australian GST at checkout. For postal imports at or below this threshold, Australian border authorities generally do not collect duties, GST, or import processing charges. Orders above A$1,000 are not accepted for direct checkout. Please contact us before ordering multiple items if the combined goods value may approach or exceed this limit.

・New Zealand: Direct checkout remains temporarily unavailable. A Japan-based forwarding service may still be used.

・EU: Import VAT, customs duty, and carrier/customs fees may apply on delivery (DAP). From July 1, 2026, low-value B2C consignments up to €150 may also be subject to a temporary €3 customs duty for each product category / tariff classification represented in the consignment.

・UK: Orders are accepted only when the intrinsic goods value per consignment exceeds £135 (goods value only; shipping/insurance excluded). Direct checkout to the UK is unavailable—please email us first if your goods value exceeds £135.

・Switzerland: Import VAT and carrier/customs fees may be collected on delivery (DAP).

・Taiwan: Imports over NT$2,000 are subject to 5% VAT and may also be subject to customs duty on delivery.

・Hong Kong: General goods are normally not subject to VAT or customs duty, except for specifically dutiable goods.

Returns & Exchanges

・14-day returns accepted (customer pays return shipping unless defective).

You have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days after receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending any returns. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Please check the product description carefully before purchase.

Our products are hand-crafted models made primarily from materials such as wood and resin.

Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations and delicate parts are to be expected.

These products are intended for careful handling and display purposes.

We do not provide long-term warranties for damage caused by mishandling, accidental drops, or normal wear and tear.

However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping or contains a significant defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and for treating our handmade models with care.
