About Price
【Price & Tax】
・We are a tax-exempt business under Japan’s Consumption Tax Act. The listed price is our final store price (no JCT). International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place); import VAT/GST, customs duties, and carrier clearance/handling fees may still apply and are paid by the recipient. We do not charge or refund Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT).
・Due to BASE’s UI, the label “tax included” may appear; however, JCT is neither added nor refunded.
・Prices are shown in JPY (Japanese Yen) and refer to the goods value only.
・Shipping fees are charged separately (by destination and total weight).
・International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Any import VAT/GST, customs duties, and carrier clearance/handling fees are determined by the destination country and paid by the recipient.
・UK orders: We can accept orders only when the intrinsic goods value per consignment exceeds £135 (goods value only; shipping/insurance excluded). Direct checkout to the UK is unavailable—please email us first if your goods value exceeds £135.

Cards issued outside Japan can be used via PayPal only. Direct card payments on BASE are disabled.
Amazon Pay works with amazon.co.jp accounts (amazon.cn not supported).
【Payment Timing】
Payment is charged at the time of order (PayPal / Amazon Pay).
For PayPal payments showing “Pending/eCheck,” we will ship after the funds clear.
If we issue a custom invoice (e.g., combined shipping), please complete payment within 48 hours; unpaid invoices may be cancelled automatically.
【Currency & Fees】
Prices may display in your local currency for convenience; all charges are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Your payment provider may apply currency conversion and international transaction fees.
【Security】
Payments are processed by BASE and its payment providers. We do not store your card information.

Shipping Date
【Shipping Time】
・Orders ship within 3 business days after payment is captured (weekends/holidays excluded).
・International shipping via Japan Post EMS (tracking & insurance included) with tracking and insurance.
・Typical delivery time is 7–14 days, but it may vary by destination, customs clearance, peak seasons, or weather.
・We will email your tracking number when your order ships.
・For pre-order / made-to-order items, the lead time shown on the product page applies; the 3-business-day window starts after completion.
Notes on Refund and Returning Goods
【Returns & Exchanges】
・Return window: 14 days from the delivery date. Please email us before any return to obtain authorization (unauthorized returns may be refused).
・Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified, in original condition with all parts/packaging.
・Return shipping: Paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. In those cases we will provide a label or reimburse reasonable tracked postage.
・EMS damage/loss: Report within 7 days of delivery (or as soon as possible for loss). Keep all packaging and send photos/video; we will file an EMS insurance claim and offer a replacement or refund.
・International returns: Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” and include the order number. Any customs/taxes caused by incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund.
・Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Currency conversion/processing fees are not refundable.
・Exclusions: Custom-made/personalized items, items marked final sale, and items that show signs of use/installation/alteration are not eligible.
・Exchanges: If stock is available, we can ship a replacement after the return arrives; additional shipping may apply.
