Pre-Curved HOe/OO9 Flexible Track Set (R40/R65/R85) with PWM Power Pack

【Overview】

This set includes three compact oval tracks hand-formed from PECO SL-400 flexible track, with approximate curve radii of 85 mm, 65 mm, and 40 mm.

Feeder wires are already soldered to each track. Simply place the track on your preferred baseboard and connect the feeder wires to the terminal block on the included PWM power pack.

To produce these extremely tight curves, the sleepers (ties) are carefully removed from the flexible track without damaging the rail-chair details. The rails are then gradually shaped with a rail bender, returned to the sleepers, adjusted to the required form, and fitted with feeder wires.

The set is suitable for compact narrow-gauge layouts, temporary test tracks, display layouts, and other space-saving applications.

▼ PWM Power Pack

The included compact PWM power pack consists of:

・Forward/reverse selector switch
・PWM speed controller
・Battery holder
・Custom wooden mounting plate with four screws

A resettable polyfuse is installed for overcurrent and overheating protection.

Connect the feeder wires to the terminal block and the track is ready for operation.

The compact design is easy to install, carry, and store. The PWM controller itself is also compatible with a 9V PP3/006P battery configuration, although the included battery holder is designed for eight AA batteries.

【Taxes & Duties — Summary】
No Japanese Consumption Tax (JCT) charged.
Except for direct U.S. shipments, orders are sent DAP (Delivered At Place): import VAT/GST, duties, and clearance/handling fees, where applicable, are paid by the recipient.
U.S. orders are sent duties prepaid (DDP) through Zonos. Applicable U.S. import duties and the Zonos postal clearance fee are included in the U.S. shipping charge shown at checkout.
No under-declaring / no “gift” marking. Customs documents and invoices show the actual value and contents.

Japan Post EMS with tracking & insurance.
Dispatch within 3 business days after payment is captured (weekends/holidays excluded).
Shipping charges vary by destination, packed weight, and any destination-specific prepaid duties or processing fees.
For multiple items, contact us before checkout for a combined quote (the platform may otherwise add shipping charges per item).
Transit times are estimates; loss/damage is covered by EMS insurance.

EU: Import VAT, customs duty, and carrier/customs fees may apply on delivery.
UK: Orders only if goods value > £135. Email us first.
US: Direct EMS shipping available. Duties and the Zonos postal clearance fee are prepaid and included in the U.S. shipping charge.
Australia: Direct EMS shipping available only when total goods value per consignment is A$1,000 or less (shipping/insurance excluded).
New Zealand: Direct checkout temporarily unavailable.
Taiwan: >NT$2,000 → 5% VAT (possible duty).
Hong Kong: No VAT/duty for general goods, except specifically dutiable items.
