This shop primarily serves international customers through BASE’s “Easy International Sales” service.

For eligible international orders, we ship only to the designated domestic warehouse in Japan.
International forwarding, overseas shipping, customs procedures, and part of customer support are handled by the designated service.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
For international sales orders, shipment must be completed within 10 days from the order date.

Separate orders cannot be combined into one shipment.
